Frequently Asked Questions

Got Questions? We Have Answers

What is the hybrid model?

Our hybrid structure combines the flexibility of online learning with the power of in-person community. Students complete weekly video lessons and assignments at their own pace, then gather in person on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month for worship, interactive training, and cohort discussion.

When are the in-person gatherings?

Gatherings occur on the 1st and 3rd Saturday of each month from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. School begins online, with in-person gatherings held on the 1st and 3rd Saturday. For months with five Saturdays, the extra weeks will meet online to strictly maintain the 1st and 3rd Saturday schedule.

How is technology used in VBTC?

We use a centralized Online Membership Portal. This serves as your single digital home where you can access video lectures, download course resources, submit assignments, track your attendance, and interact with your cohort between gatherings.

Is there a tuition cost?

Yes, tuition covers course materials, digital portal access, and hospitality. We strive to keep VBTC highly affordable, and flexible payment plans and scholarship options are available. Exact tuition details will be shared during the application interview.
